gofigure2 software package provides Tool for visualizing, processing and analysing of bioimages, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gofigure2
gofigure2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gofigure2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gofigure2 *
You will get with gofigure2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
